'We want to write to you to say how happy we were with your catering and great service for Henry's recent 60th birthday party. Many guests commented later about the wonderful choice of fiesta tapas and several thought that the tapas course was the main meal, such was the quantity. Everyone enjoyed the added entertainment of watching Bob cook the paellas in your marquee, adding to the festive nature of our party.

It was a fabulous help to me to have you package the leftover paella into the plastic containers, which I later gave to some guests to take home with them and also froze some for another time. The desserts were very popular, particularly with the oldest and youngest guests. Again, I was so impressed with your service, by making room in our spare fridge yourself to keep deserts fresh, and leaving me free to greet guests and enjoy our party. Could you also pass on our thanks to 'Shamara' the gypsy, Spanish dancer? We have some wonderful photos of her dancing alone and with guests, including the birthday boy. We seem to have acquired a fan and a white shawl as well if she would like to contact me re collecting them. If any of you would like copies of some of our photos for your websites etc, please call me to arrange. We'd be more than happy to share them with you when we get the CD.

In short, all of our family said they would definitely recommend Senor Paella to anyone wanting delicious & different catering at their next event, and Shamara and Manuel for great entertainment. (I have Neil's email address and so I'm writing to him separately ) Thank you so very much for helping to make Henry's 60th an affair to remember . It was a wonderful party, courtesy of delicious catering and fabulous entertainment.
